All of our products are hand-crafted in Massachusetts with a patient and deliberate cold-curing process. Fresh packed, quality ingredients, no preservatives, no funky stuff. We source as many of our ingredients from local producers and purveyors as possible and when in-season. We strive to improve the food system through our celebration of regional food traditions.

And our relishes aren't the overly sweet, goopy stuff of yore. They're packed with flavor and go great on EVERYTHING. Top a hot dog, burger, salad, or grain bowl. Mix it into a sauce, make a crafty mayo, dream big. We also (not so humbly) believe our giardiniera is the best you'll find in or outside of Chicago.
